1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ArbiSpy, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Use of Service
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
3. Subscription and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Plan limits and fair use
Search, result, Discovery and other usage limits are enforced according to the current plan table on the Pricing page. Discovery packs require an active paid plan. ArbiSpy may limit abuse or automation that disrupts the service.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a prior charge. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and LemonSqueezy buyer terms. Approved refunds revoke the related subscription access or Discovery credits.
6. Account security
Accounts are individual and credentials may not be shared. A new sign-in may revoke other active sessions. You are responsible for activity on your account, using a strong unique password and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
7. Affiliate disclosure
Some marketplace links are affiliate links. ArbiSpy may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase, normally without changing the price you pay. Final price and terms must always be verified on the marketplace.
8. Intellectual property
The content, features and functionality of ArbiSpy are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of liability
We provide our service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Data accuracy disclaimer
This program is for informational purposes only. The user is responsible for server interruptions, data errors and any discrepancies in the information provided. The program may make mistakes - always verify product details, prices and availability directly with the marketplace before making any purchasing decisions. ArbiSpy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any search results or product information.
11. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service.
