1. قبول الشروط
بالوصول إلى ArbiSpy واستخدامه، فإنك تقبل وتوافق على الالتزام بشروط وأحكام هذه الاتفاقية.
2. استخدام الخدمة
توافق على استخدام خدمتنا فقط لأغراض مشروعة وفقًا لهذه الشروط. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك وكلمة المرور الخاصة بك.
3. الاشتراك والمدفوعات
تتطلب بعض الميزات اشتراكًا مدفوعًا. توافق على دفع جميع الرسوم المرتبطة بحسابك. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل تاريخ التجديد.
4. Plan limits and fair use
Search, result, Discovery and other usage limits are enforced according to the current plan table on the Pricing page. Discovery packs require an active paid plan. ArbiSpy may limit abuse or automation that disrupts the service.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation does not automatically refund a prior charge. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and LemonSqueezy buyer terms. Approved refunds revoke the related subscription access or Discovery credits.
6. Account security
Accounts are individual and credentials may not be shared. A new sign-in may revoke other active sessions. You are responsible for activity on your account, using a strong unique password and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
7. Affiliate disclosure
Some marketplace links are affiliate links. ArbiSpy may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase, normally without changing the price you pay. Final price and terms must always be verified on the marketplace.
8. Intellectual property

9. Limitation of liability

10. Data accuracy disclaimer
هذا البرنامج لأغراض إعلامية فقط. المستخدم مسؤول عن انقطاعات الخادم وأخطاء البيانات وأي تناقضات في المعلومات المقدمة. قد يرتكب البرنامج أخطاء - تحقق دائمًا من تفاصيل المنتج والأسعار والتوفر مباشرة مع السوق قبل اتخاذ أي قرارات شراء. لا يضمن ArbiSpy دقة أو اكتمال أو حداثة أي نتائج بحث أو معلومات عن المنتجات.
11. Changes to terms
